What is a preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or manufactured.
How do I preorder?
Add the preorder to your cart and check out like you normally would, then sit back and relax! Your payment will be processed and you will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped.
When will I receive my preorder?
On average, production time will be initiated during the first week of each month after your order is placed or on specific times listed in the item description, and you will receive your order as soon as it is ready to be shipped. On average, the preorder process may take approximately 1 month in total, but please be patient.
Where can I obtain the status of my order?
You can send an email through the shop contact page and I will get back to you regarding the status of your order.
What happens if I purchase a preorder item AND regular store item?
The regular purchase item will be held back to combine-ship with your preorder item. If you want your regular item sooner, you will need to order it separately.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PREORDERS:
- Make sure your shipping address is updated and current
- Make absolute sure you have ordered in the correct size before checkout
- Understand it may take a while to receive your order, make sure you are okay with that
